Erin Combs APRN APRN
Erin Graduated from WSCC in 2005 with Associates Degree in Nursing (RN). She went on to complete a Critical Care Fellowship and took a job as an Emergency Department RN at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Erin also took on a nursing role at Nationwide Children’s Emergency Department, working about 7 years in the Columbus area within nursing.
Erin moved back to the Mid-Ohio Valley in 2012 with her husband. After taking a short break as a stay-at-home mom, Erin furthered her degree graduating in 2018 with her BSN and in 2020 with her MSN specializing in Family Practice.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family, husband and two daughters.

Cassandra Faust, PA PA-C
Cassandra is the founder and owner of Enhanced Wellness. She has been in practice since graduating from Anne Arundel Physician Assistant program in 2010 located in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed her Masters of Medical Studies in 2010 from Saint Francis University. Practicing primarily in family practice and urgent care for the past 14 years as well as Acute Care Surgery. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three daughters.
